Apple's Portuguese technical support

It took two and a half months to portuguese technical support for Apple computers replace a hard drive on my ibook. Through the phone calls I had with them, asking for the status on the repairing, they kept talking it was not their fault and that I should be patient. Ok, I've managed my patience over those 2 and a half months, and now that I got my computer back, it came with another thing broken.

As this was clearly their fault, they should be willing to repair the extra damage cause to my iBook and have a happy costumer out the door. But that just isn't happening as it should be. They take their time and I should be considering leaving the computer there for the winter holidays. Let's see if they'll say anything during this week..

Apart from my Apple Adventures, hard-working-tight-scheduled days, and a healthy obsession with Mylène Farmer, everything is going fine. :)

i shall now resume your post to:
hmmmm.... mylène! *laughs*

though, jokes aside it's just absolutely annoying that apple's portuguese technical support sucks so much. I mean it's taking them forever to solve a problem that they created. -_-;

more than annoying it's quite revolting.
